Marketing

Email and SMS messages are opt-in. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any SMS to opt out immediately.

Security & retention

Submissions are stored on encrypted infrastructure and are accessible only to authorized District385 staff. We retain reservation records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations.
