BUILT ON MYRTLE AVE

Our Story

Three brothers. One neighborhood. One vision.

We built something Ridgewood has never seen before: a three-story tapas bar and lounge designed to bring food, culture, celebration, and creativity under one roof.

The first floor is our bar and lounge—a place to eat, drink, connect, and stay awhile. The second floor is an intimate private event space, created for celebrations and unforgettable moments. The third floor is dedicated to content creation, giving our guests and community a space to create, capture, and share.

Our menu draws inspiration from cultures around the world, with Spanish cuisine at its heart. Every dish, drink, and detail is thoughtfully curated to reflect our love for hospitality and our belief that great food should bring people together.

But this place is about more than what we built. It's about where we come from.

We grew up right here in Ridgewood, selling candy as kids and dreaming about what might be possible. To now own a building in the neighborhood that raised us feels like coming full circle. To build it alongside our family makes it even more meaningful.

We're not trying to be the biggest room in New York. We intend to be the most exacting room in Queens—where every detail matters, every guest feels welcome, and every visit gives you a reason to come back.

What we obsess over

Three Standards

The Room

Twenty-two-foot ceilings, blackened steel and a hand-built gold rig that was designed for this floor and no other. Every sightline points at the booth.

The Sound

A tuned four-way system with sub arrays under the dancefloor. Loud where it should be, conversational at the booths. No compromise between the two.

The Service

Our hosts are career hospitality — not door staff with a clipboard. They learn your name, your bottle, your table, and the reason you came out.
